The Titre-Service scheme allows you to benefit from the services of a household helper for just €10.00 an hour (before tax deduction).
Flemish Region
Take advantage of the services of a household helper via Titre-Service for just €9.00 an hour (before tax deduction).
Walloon Region
In Wallonia, the Titre-Service scheme gives you access to the services of a household helper for €10.00 an hour (before tax deduction).
How do I register with Sodexo?
It’s quick and easy! Depending on your region, you can register online:

Simply fill in your details and send your request online. You will immediately receive your user number to 12 digits, and a confirmation email will follow with your access codes (login and password). This information will enable you to connect to your personal space.

Once you have placed your order, you can easily manage your electronic wallet using your login details on a dedicated intranet.
Paper service vouchers
Do you prefer paper cheques? Don’t worry, we’ll send them to you by post after you’ve placed your order.
How do I order my service cheques?
It couldn’t be simpler! Simply make a bank transfer to the Sodexo account in your region.
Remember to indicate 12 digits of your user number (received when you registered) in structured communication.
Once payment has been received :
- For the paper securities They will be sent to you within approximately 1 week.
- For the electronic securities They will be credited to your online wallet immediately.
A quick reminder: You must order at least 10 service vouchers, and make sure that the sum paid is always a multiple of €9 or €10, depending on your region. If this is not the case, your payment will be automatically returned to you.

As an individual user, you can order up to 500 service vouchers per year. Here are the prices:
- 10 € for 300 first titles.
- 12 € for those beyond.
If you order Service Cheques for your household (which includes all the people registered at your address), you can order up to 1000 per year .
Prices are as follows:
- 10 € for First 600 titles.
- 12 € for Next 400 .
No matter who places the order in your household, these conditions apply to everyone under the same roof!
And good news! Whether you are an individual user or a household, you benefit from a tax reduction of 1.50 per service voucher on your 172 first titles . This means that instead of paying €10 per ticket, you only pay 8,5 € !
As an individual user, you can order up to 500 service vouchers per year . Here are the detailed rates:
- 10 € for the first 175 titles.
- 11 € for those from the 176th to the 400th.
- 12 € for the 401st to the 500th.
If you order Service Cheques for your whole household (i.e. all the people registered at your address), you can order up to 1000 per year . Prices are as follows:
- 10 € for the first 350 titles.
- 11 € for those from the 351st to the 800th.
- 12 € for the 801st to 1000th.
