All benefits
As a user Simple, you can get up to 500 service vouchers per calendar year.
As a household you are limited to 1000 per year calendar.
Uw domestic help is covered by civil liability insurance from At Your Services. Any claim or industrial accident must be reported to the company itself within 48 working hours, during office hours. The insurance company will assess the domestic worker’s liability in case of a claim. A claim will only be recognised if it is higher than or equal to the amount of €175. ( warning: this excess is for the customer’s account)
At Your Services will therefore file a report with its insurance company.
If your domestic worker is unexpectedly unavailable, we undertake to inform you as soon as possible and, if you wish and to the extent possible, we will replace her as soon as possible.
As with your domestic worker’s holidays, we can offer replacements at your convenience.
To provide you with a quality service that meets your expectations and requirements, we organise inspection visits in consultation with you. During these visits, we plan to on-the-job training for staff .
