We offer tailor-made services, adapted to the needs of each customer, whether for cleaning, ironing or support for senior citizens.
Service vouchers are electronic or paper cheques that can be used to pay for home help services, including cleaning. Each service voucher represents one hour’s work. Here’s how it works:
- Register on the Pluxee the managing body.
- Buy service cheques by bank transfer (electronic or paper version).
- Use these vouchers to pay for an hour’s domestic work.
- The cost is partially covered by the State, making these services more accessible.
Service cheques can be used for various home services including :
- General housekeeping (cleaning, vacuuming, dusting)
- Home ironing
- Central ironing
- Support for seniors
Note that heavy work, gardening or childcare are not included in the services covered.
The cost and benefits of service cheques are as follows:
- Price:€9 in Flanders and €10 in Brussels and Wallonia.
- Tax advantage: You benefit from a tax reduction on the shares purchased, reducing the real cost of each hour worked.
- Annual limit: 500 titles per year (1,000 for households).
To book a cleaning service, follow these steps:
- Register for the service voucher system via the Pluxee (formerly Sodexo) website if you haven’t already done so.
- Buy service vouchers (electronic or paper).
- Contact our company to schedule your cleaning service.
- When the service is provided, pay the worker with your service cheques (one cheque per hour worked).
